Recruitment and Employment Offer Processes
  • CV Scanning

    CVs found on career portals and various sources are analyzed within the publicity criteria of the relevant position.

  • Human Resources Interview

    Human resources make the first meeting to assess the competencies of the candidate in the related interview.

  • Manager Interview and Technical Presentation

    In a meeting attended by the department manager/managers and Human Resources, the candidate makes a technical presentation in English on a topic given to the candidate before the particular meeting.

  • The Process of Controlling the References

    Reference information is requested (in the light of PDPL) from the candidate who is affirmative in all interview steps and reference check is carried out by Human Resources.

  • Job Offer to the Succesful Candidate

    An offer is made to the candidate who has successfully passed all the steps. Should the candidate accept the offer, a list of on-the-job documents is sent and the starting date is determined.

Working Conditions
  • Remote Work on Wednesdays

    You can work from home or any place that you determine on Wednesdays. We prioritize a balanced and healthy work-life integration. In this context, we provide our colleagues with the opportunity to work from home once a week.

  • Flexible Working Hours

    Our working hours are flexible in Galata Wind to encourage motivation, dynamism, and creativity. You can arrange your shift according to your personal life by choosing one of the 4 working hours; 08.00 - 17.00, 09.30 - 17.30, 09.00 - 18.00, or 09.30 - 18.30. Besides, you do not have to choose only a single time range. All you need to do is to schedule the working hours that you want to work for each day with your manager. Our working hours on Wednesdays that we work remotely are 08.30 - 17.30. In case you wish to use the mutual personnel vehicles, they operate in line with the 08.30 - 17.30 shift, as this interval is the main working hour shift in the HQ building.

  • National Holidays

    We certainly do not work on national holidays. In addition, several joint leave days (bridge leave) are applied on dates approved by the Board of Directors. Bridge leave days are announced via e-mail.
