Tender Offer or Proxy Solicitation

In case of a decision by the Galata Wind Board of Directors towards acquisition of shares, the Company shall provide the required statements and information to its shareholders and to the public in compliance with Communique on Takeover Bids (II-26.1), which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 23 January 2014 No: 28891. Obligatory fact sheets and similar documents for tender offers or proxy solicitation shall be published in the Company’s corporate website.
