For this reason, as Galata Wind, we are committed to accurately and honestly present the cost, capacity, reliability, performance and other characteristics of our renewable energy products and services, to inform our stakeholders in this direction and to maximize our transparency day after day with this understanding.

Galata Wind's approach to business ethics is defined and managed as follows:

• We conduct our activities in compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and the Doğan Holding Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• Our Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct apply to Galata Wind's officers and employees, including employees of all third parties with whom we have a business relationship.
• We conduct our business processes with zero tolerance for bribery and corruption.
• We shape our business environment and all of our business relationships with the expectation of open and honest communication.
• We act with an understanding of business ethics that goes beyond legal expectations.
• We recognize that the prerequisite to creating an ethical work environment is to create mechanisms and design processes for our employees to share their concerns and issues in a culture of respect, openness and collaboration.
